By accessing SmartWelcome, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our service allows property owners to create digital guest books. You are responsible for the content you upload (WiFi details, house rules). You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.
2. Privacy Policy & GDPR
We collect minimal data to provide our service: your email address and the property details you provide. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments via Lemon Squeezy and for user authentication via Supabase.
3. Cookie Policy
SmartWelcome uses only "Strictly Necessary" cookies. These are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site (Dashboard). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. By using our service, you agree to these functional cookies which are required for authentication and security.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As SmartWelcome provides immediate access to digital services and downloadable content, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day manual review period for technical issues. If the service does not function as described, please contact support for a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal, and you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
SmartWelcome is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our digital guest books, including but not limited to loss of data or guest-related issues at your property.
